Relationship Focused Sales Person
Working for a young, dynamic family ownedWorking for a young, dynamic family owned business, specialising in the B2B environment in Cardiff, you will be responsible for the relationship based sales, and sales process (forecasting, pipeline management etc), of the companies innovative products to organisations of all sizes. Managing the whole sales process (which may take several months to come to fruition) you will be a competitive person with an eye for detail, a sense of personal drive and a will to succeed. Above all, you will be an outstanding people person.
This is a role ideally suited to those individuals who are experienced sales professionals and have a proven track record in high-end B2B sales environment both via the telephone and via F2F meetings. Meeting with Director level and C-suite execs is all part of the role so personal and professional presentation is a big factor for the successful candidate.
We are looking for an individual with a wide and varied skill set, from MS Office to various CRM applications. You will need to hit the ground running to keep up with the pace of work so drive and dedication are also important. A fun sense of humour and the ability to work collaboratively with your team members is a given in this role. (The willingness to chip in and make a round of tea/coffee for the team now and again is pretty much part of the role).
You will have an excellent command of written and spoken English, be optimistic, flexible whilst still being attentive to the details of your client’s accounts. Excellent people skills (personal and professional) are a must for this high profile role. It’s not about getting the sale at all costs – it’s about how you went about getting the sale that is important.
Full training, development and coaching will be given for the right individual. Salary starting at £20k – £24k plus highly competitive bonus scheme.
