4 Easy steps to success –
The process is quite simple
1.) We talk about your business
No two business are the same, even in the same industry. We will meet, chat and discuss your exact requirements. We agree on what needs to be done and what outputs and outcomes you are looking for to be able to measure your investment.
Nothing is out of bounds. For me to help you and for you to help me to my job honesty and transparency is a must. NDA’s are a normal part of my current working life, the Offical Secrets Act still a part of my previous working life.
2.) I crunch the numbers
I sit down and work out just what is involved, how many days, how much work and how much it will cost. You can choose to have a one-off project price or go for an individually itemised and costed project plan.
The plan may include in-depth Business Analysis, learning & development solutions for your staff or 1-1 coaching for you and your senior team or a mix of all of this. It could include the use of psychometric assessments and tools where they will add real value.
3.) You get a list of improvements
This is the important stuff. What I will do, how you can measure it, what the outputs and outcomes will be and a time frame for measuring your investment.
It’s not about the money for me. It’s about the willingness to change and do the right thing. If your heart is in the right place and you really want to change the way you work or the way the company operates then we can agree on a budget that will work for you.
4.) We let the journey beginn
You say yes and we start on the journey of improvement together. It could be 6 days, 6 weeks, 6 months or longer. As long as it takes I’ll be there to provide the specialist help you need to move your business forward. Email, telephone support, 1-1 chats over tea (decaf please). I’ll be there.

Andrew is fully qualified to use an extensive array of psychometric assessments for a variety of uses ranging from recruitment to team development to coaching. He is Prince 2 (Project Management) qualified, holds a masters level qualification in Coaching & Mentoring with the ILM and is a highly experienced international learning & development specialist having worked in Europe, Middle East as well as the USA during his career.
